CS5090 Final Project
This project involved applying custom python scripting to a locally run model using Ollama to design and test a proof of concept for a educational AI chatbot tool. My prototype attempted to address model bias and improove user engagement by providing users with multiple personas to engage with, each with their own nuanced databases and directions.

In this course a team of students including myself worked as user experience testers for the IT department at Michigan Tech. We evaluated, designed, and conducted testing on the MTU IT ticket system that is used to process help requests to the IT department. This report includes the results of our testing and our recomendations for improving the user experience of the system.

The final project for HF4015 was to develop a study design that followed the cognitive task analysis (CTA) framework in its methodology. This paper is only a hypothetical research design for the purpose of proving an understanding of CTA as a framework applied to a discrete conext.
