Who am I?

I am a recent graduate from Michigan Technological University, with a MS in applied cognitive science and human factors. I have developed skills in both user experience research and human centered design. I am passionate about UI/UX design, and am eager to apply my wide range of abilities to designing effective solutions.

The Lode at Michigan Tech
Media Editor/Layout Editor | Aug 2024-Dec 2025

Duties: Primary layout designer and editor for The Lode at Michigan Tech. Responsible for the design and creation of every print edition published through The Lode. Provides additional assistance in tasks requireing graphic design, social media posting, and maintaining the organization’s website.


Amoco
Station attendant | Feb 2023-Sept 2025

Duties: Maintained storefront organization and sanitation. Operated cash registers and processed transactions for fuel, retail items, and lottery tickets. Responsible for maintaining an accurate cash drawer and conducting end-of-shift reconciliations.


Husky Games Development
Vice president of operations | May 2023-December 2024

Duties: Ran weekly meetings, give weekly presentations, oversaw multiple subteams of students, graded student assignments and projects.


Marketing Intern
Intern | Spring 2023

Duties: Worked with client to develop the lexical library to be used by a custom sentiment analysis program. Involved drafting of initial terms, discrete testing on a subset of Twitter data, and refining the library based on results.
